News: Busch has met with Delaware police investigating an allegation by his ex-girlfriend that he assaulted her. Police say Busch and his attorneys met with investigators Tuesday afternoon, the Associated Press reports. Impact: Busch met with authorities investigating his alleged assault of Patricia Driscoll that took place in Dover, Delaware last September. The Stewart Haas Racing veteran has been cooperative with investigators and continues to maintain that the allegations against him are untrue. News: Busch will continue to drive the No. 41 Chevy at Stewart-Haas Racing as long as co-owner Gene Haas has anything to do with it. Busch, who is being investigated by Dover police for an alleged assault on ex-girlfriend Patricia Driscoll, will drive Sunday at Phoenix International Raceway, will be in the car next week at Homestead-Miami Speedway, USA Today reports. Impact: Team owner Gene Haas is standing behind his driver of the No. 41 Chevrolet while the investigation continues. Busch will race in the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Haas went on to state that he didn't want to bias or compromise the investigation by pulling his driver out of the car. He also stated that he's not too concerned about what the investigation will find, seemingly a vote of confidence in Busch's side of the story.(RotoWire, )

News: Busch finished seventh in the Quicken Loans Race for the Heroes 500 at Phoenix International Raceway Sunday afternoon. Impact: Busch overcame hard contact with the wall during the middle stages of the race to rally and crack the Top 10 at Phoenix International Raceway. Things didn't come easy despite the strong No. 41 Chevrolet that the veteran driver had at his disposal. Still, Busch claimed his 11th Top 10 of the season at the Arizona short track. News: Busch has been accused of domestic assault by his ex-girlfriend, and police in Delaware said Friday they are investigating, the Associated Press reports. Impact: The Dover police department is looking into allegations of domestic assault by Busch's former girlfriend, Patricia Driscoll. She has filed court documents asking for a restraining order on Busch and for his psychiatric evaluation. Busch has vehemently denied the allegations, calling them "a complete fabrication".
