News: Gordon won the AAA 400 at Dover International Speedway Sunday afternoon. Impact: The Hendrick Motorsports star rebounded from his poor Loudon performance to capture his fourth victory of the season Sunday afternoon at the Monster Mile. Gordon led 94 laps down the stretch and finished over 3 seconds ahead of Brad Keselowski to claim his fifth-career win at Dover. News: Gordon finished 26th in the Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway Sunday afternoon. Impact: The Hendrick Motorsports star was the most noteworthy driver to struggle Sunday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Gordon cut down a right front tire and hit the outside wall very hard. Despite the damage and repairs, he rallied and battled to finish as the last car on the lead lap in 26th-place. The poor finish caused Gordon to tumble five spots in the Chase standings to seventh overall. He now trails leader Brad Keselowski by 27 points as the series heads to the Monster Mile next week.(RotoWire, )

News: Gordon was fastest in Happy Hour practice for the Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway Saturday. He turned a fast lap of 135.357 mph. Impact: Gordon found some speed in final practice at Loudon. He made up for a less than desired qualifying spot on the starting grid. Gordon edged Brad Keselowski for the fastest lap of this session.
