News: Front Row Motorsports has made some crew chief changes, effective this week for the Bank of America 500 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Competition Director Derrick Finley will serve as interim crew chief on the No. 34 team of Ragan, and crew chief Jay Guy will move to the No. 38 team of David Gilliland, Front Row Motorsports PR reports. Impact: Frank Kerr has left the organization so FRM has had to shuffle the deck for this weekend's Charlotte race. Finley steps down from the Competition Director seat to assume crew chief duties for Ragan.
