Ride onboard a lap of the Nurburgring Nordschleife in reverse

If you’ve ever been bored playing a motor racing video game, you’ve probably tried turning around and seeing how much fun it is the other way around.

Truth is, some racetracks are actually better in reverse. Zolder comes to mind.

Well as part of the “Feste Nurburg” special stage during the “Koln-Ahrweiler” rally, competitors have to take on the Nurburgring Nordschleife in reverse.

Driver Stefan Oberdorster and his co-pilot Olaf Heupel show you just how tricky that can be with an onboard video from their SO Racing Team Porsche 911 SC.

Thankfully, they’re able to navigate the 12-mile “Green Hell” in Germany without any incidents.
