Ken Roczen undergoes final surgery on Friday

Monster Energy Supercross rider Ken Roczen undergoes his final surgery on Sunday following his crash on Jan. 21.

The 22-year-old has been documenting his recovery on Instagram ever since he went down from third place during the 450SX event at the Angel Stadium in Anaheim, California.

While his followers have been treated to some rather interesting photos of what’s inside Roczen’s arm over the past month, things are beginning to look a bit more natural now four weeks after the incident occurred.

While it will still be a while until we see the HRC Honda rider back at a Monster Energy Supercross event, Roczen made sure to let his followers know that he was in good spirits en route to his final surgery:
