News: LeBlanc has agreed to a contract with the Seibu Lions of Japan's Pacific League, Jon Morosi of Fox Sports reports.
Impact: The Angels declined to tender LeBlanc earlier in December, officially making him a free agent. The 30-year-old had a decent season in 2014 with a 3.94 ERA in 11 games combined with the Angels and Yankees, but he's decided to go overseas rather than try his luck in the majors again next year.

News: The Angels declined to tender LeBlanc a contract.
Impact: LeBlanc posted respectable numbers (3.45 ERA, 1.08 WHIP) in 10 appearances (three starts) with the Angels last season, and was likely to command less than $1 million in his first year of arbitration, but the Angels weren't interested in paying that price. The lefty will look to land a specialist's role with another club.
