Rays double up first-pitch theatrics

Teams are always looking for new and unique ways to

revolutionize the first pitch. The Tampa Bay Rays took things to a

strange new level Monday when it featured not one, but two

one-of-a-kind first pitches before the team’s win over the

Texas Rangers.

The Rockettes’ performance wasn’t my favorite, but

Sonders’ shot, right into the glove of Cesar Ramos, was

pretty cool — maybe not
