(Sports Network) - Anaheim posted a 6-4 victory over the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in Wednesday's affair. Bartolo Colon pitched 8 2/3 strong innings to lead the Angels and even the three-game set at a game apiece. Jose Cruz Jr. had a hit and scored twice for Tampa Bay, which has lost seven of eight. Hendrickson (8-12) was pulled after facing two batters in the fourth and was hit with his fourth loss in as many starts. He was charged with six runs -- five earned -- on five hits, striking out two and walking three. The Devil Rays complete the three-game series against the Angels today. The Devil Rays will send Rob Bell to the mound today and hope the righthander can rebound from last week's tough outing. Bell was dealt the loss last Friday in Texas after getting pounded for five runs and six hits in 4 2/3 innings. The D'Rays lost the game, 5-3. The 27-year-old righthander is 2-2 with a lofty 5.57 ERA in five career starts against the Angels. Anaheim swept a four-game set from the Devil Rays in early May and is 26-7 against them since the start of the 2001 season, including a 13-4 mark in Tampa. The Devil Rays have lost 11 straight series to the Angels.
