News: Cano hit his 13 homer of the season Friday in a 2-for-4 night. Impact: Cano's power was the subject of much debate this offseason after he signed with the Mariners. But he's actually shown more power at Safeco Field than on the road with eight homers and a .479 SLG at home (.449 road). Unless he hits one more bomb, though, he'll set a career low for homers. With 33 doubles, he likely will fall just short of the 41 he hit last season. It was also his 55th multi-hit game, second in the majors (Jose Altuve, 59).(RotoWire, )

News: Cano was 2-for-4 with a double and a walk Monday in a win over the Astros. Impact: That's back-to-back multi-hit games for Cano and three in the last five games. The lefty is 7-for-20 (.350) over that span.(RotoWire, )

News: Cano went 2-for-4 with a double and four RBI in Thursdays romp over the Rangers. Impact: A nice bust-out for Robby and his fantasy owners, who hadn't seen him deliver a single RBI since his solo homer back on Aug. 26 against these same Rangers. It's hard to knock a guy who's hitting .322 as a second baseman, but fantasy owners were certainly hoping to see more pop out of Cano, who hasn't hit fewer than 25 homers in a seasn since 2008.(RotoWire, )
