News: Reynodls hit his third homer in a span of three games on Saturday against the Mets, going 2 for 4. Impact: Even though he's got plenty of pop with 17 home runs this season, owners have to gauge the value of sacrificing batting average for power considering Reynolds' .212 batting average.(STATS, 6:16pm)

News: Reynolds went 2-for-4 with a solo homer in Saturday's win over the visiting Mets. Impact: Reynolds' third homer in as many games marked the 17th time he's gone deep this season and brings his RBI total to 37. His upside in the power department dating back to his earlier days with the Diamondbacks (44 homers in 2009) and Orioles (37 in 2011) has always been tantalizing, but his subpar contact numbers (.212 this season, .231 career) continue to hinder his all-around fantasy value.(RotoWire, )

News: Reynolds went 3-for-4 with two home runs in Wednesday's victory over the Reds. Impact: Reynolds gave the Brewers plenty of insurance in this one, recording his first multi-hit game since June 22. Even with the three-hit game, he's still hitting just .162 in July, proving that the slugger still goes through long stretches where he struggles to make contact. Wednesday's offensive explosion was a welcome contribution nonetheless, showing exactly why the Brewers acquired him prior to the 2014 campaign. He'll continue to put his all-or-nothing approach to the test against left-handed pitching as the season wears on.(RotoWire, )
