News: Nieuwenhuis is back in the lineup Sunday against the Braves. Impact: Nieuwenhuis missed the first two games of the series after passing a kidney stone Thursday, but will get the starting nod in center field Sunday afternoon. With Juan Lagares (elbow) currently without a timetable for return, Nieuwenhuis should see a slight uptick from his regular reps over the Mets' final six games. The 27-year-old outfielder is slashing a modest .242/.342/.455 on the season.(RotoWire, )

News: Nieuwenhuis (kidney stone) is out of the lineup again Saturday against the Braves, Adam Rubin of ESPN New York reports. Impact: Nieuwenhuis passed a kidney stone Thursday and has missed the past two games as a result. The outfield contains Eric Young Jr., Curtis Granderson, and Eric Campbell on Saturday. Nieuwenhuis isn't an everyday starter anyway, so when he becomes available, he may not be in the starting lineup.(RotoWire, )

News: Nieuwenhuis passed a kidney stone Thursday and will thus be out of Friday's lineup, ESPN New York's Adam Rubin reports. Impact: Nieuwenhuis has a fairly impressive slash line (.242/.342/.455) but his counting stats (three home runs and four steals) over 57 games aren't very intriguing in standard leagues. Consider him day-to-day for now.(RotoWire, )
