News: Frasor was traded from the Rangers to the Royals on Wednesday in exchange for Spencer Patton. Impact: Frasor posted a respectable 3.34 ERA in 29.2 innings out of the bullpen with Texas this season and will provide right-handed bullpen depth for the Royals. Patton was a minor leaguer with Kansas City, so the Royals optioned Louis Coleman in a corresponding move. Few teams in baseball have the back-end bullpen depth that the Royals have, so it's a very difficult place to offer much fantasy value.(RotoWire, )
