News: Holland allowed one run on four hits with three walks and five strikeouts over 6.1 innings Wednesday in a no-decision versus the Athletics. Impact: Holland was very good in this one, but was outdueled by A's starter Jeff Samardzija. The left-hander's ERA actually climbed from 0.86 to 0.99 on the season. Holland hasn't given up more than one run in any of his four starts since joining the Rangers. He'll try to keep it going Monday against the Astros.(RotoWire, )

News: Holland allowed just one run on eight hits, did not walk a hitter, and struck out six over seven innings, but came away with a no-decision in the Rangers' 2-1 win over Atlanta on Friday night. Impact: Holland has been dazzling in three starts since returning from a one-year stint on the disabled list. He hasn't walked a batter in his 21 innings (the team record for innings with no walks is 29 held by Gaylord Perry) and he threw 113 pitches (76 for strikes) in this one so he is already in midseason form. He'll carry an impressive 0.86 ERA into his next start on the road against the struggling A's.(RotoWire, )

News: Holland threw seven scoreless innings on six hits and five strikeouts in the Rangers' 1-0 win over the Mariners on Sunday. Impact: It was Holland's second start since returning from a knee injury. He's gone 14 innings and allowed just one run so far this season.
