News: Robertson tossed a scoreless inning against the Reds to record his 24th save Friday night. He allowed just one hit. Impact: The Yankees have been stingy with save opportunities, but Robertson (24 saves, 2.67 ERA) has been nearly flawless over the months of June and July, allowing just one earned run since June 1. He deserves recognition as one of the more reliable closers in the game right now.(RotoWire, )

News: Robertson tossed a perfect ninth inning Saturday against the Orioles, picking up his 23rd save of the season in a 3-0 victory. Impact: Robertson fanned a pair of batters, bringing his strikeout total to 59 through 32.2 innings. The Yankees' injury-decimated pitching staff is a concern in terms of his opportunities, but Robertson himself is undoubtedly excellent. He's given up just one run since June 1, when he allowed five in a surprisingly disastrous performance against the Twins.(RotoWire, )

News: Robertson pitched a scoreless 14th inning Wednesday to pick up his 22nd save of the season. He gave up a hit and struck out a batter in his one inning of work. Impact: He needed 14 pitches (9 strikes), and had to work out of some trouble, as the Indians got the tying run into scoring position with just one out. Jason Kipnis singled and stole second base, but Robertson struck Asdrubal Cabrera out and retired Michael Brantley on a fly ball out to end things. Robertson is now 22-for-24 in save situations and is striking out a whopping 44.8 percent of batters faced this season.(RotoWire, )
