News: Hand will start Sunday at Colorado, the Miami Herald reports. Impact: With a couple of starters returning from injury this week, it became clear that either Hand or Brad Penny would be bumped from the starting rotation. Hand, who tossed a scoreless inning in relief Wednesday, earned the nod after racking up five quality starts in his past six turns. The lefty owns a solid 3.79 ERA and 1.04 WHIP in 40.1 inning pitched since the All-Star break.(RotoWire, )
