News: Hudson (8-8) allowed three runs on six hits, walking one and striking out two over seven innings, but ended up taking the loss against the Pirates on Tuesday. Impact: All three runs came on two swings, a solo home run by Josh Harrison in the first and a two-run shot by Travis Snider in the second. Hudson would fire five scoreless innings after that, but the Giants' hitters continued to struggle, scoring just one run on the night. Over his first 13 starts, Hudson compiled a 7-2 record with a 1.81 ERA, but has since gone 1-6 over his past eight starts with a 4.32 ERA.
