News: Estrada threw 5.2 innings of relief Saturday in Washington, allowing three runs on five hits with two walks and two strikeouts. Impact: Estrada entered in the first inning, after Matt Garza allowed five runs while retiring just one batter. The Brewers recently moved Estrada to the bullpen due to his season-long struggles, but he was effective against the Nationals. Even so, a return to the rotation isn't expected unless there's an injury.(RotoWire, )

News: Estrada will be moved to the bullpen, while Jimmy Nelson is now scheduled to start Saturday's game against the Cardinals. Impact: Estrada has been a disaster in the rotation this season, allowing 27 home runs over just 107 innings, with a 4.96 ERA to show for it. Nelson, meanwhile, has been phenomenal for Triple-A Nashville, posting a 1.46 ERA through 111 innings. Estrada primarily worked out of the bullpen in 2011, but he wasn't particularly effective. He will likely be used as a long reliever, and could also be the first option should the Brewers need a spot starter.(RotoWire, )
