News: Kendrick struck out four and walked one while giving up four runs on seven hits over six innings in a winning effort Wednesday. Impact: The victory improved Kendrick's record to 7-11 on the season, but he remains a very risky option for streaming purposes as he's been one of the least valuable starting pitchers in the league over the past calendar year. Kendrick will make his next start on the road Tuesday against the Braves.(RotoWire, )

News: Kendrick allowed four runs on eight hits, walking one and striking out four over 6.1 innings of a 5-4 win against the Cardinals on Friday night. Impact: Kendrick (6-11, 4.93) survived yet another debacle in the first inning (three runs) but settled down and lasted long enough for his mates to rally. He is notoriously bad in the first inning (a 9.69 ERA in the first inning over 26 starts) and could be a serviceable starter if he could overcome that weakness. He'll hope for a better beginning against the Nationals in Philadelphia next time out.(RotoWire, )

News: Kendrick allowed four runs, three of which were earned, over five innings Saturday against the Giants. He struck out one and walked two. Impact: Kendrick entered the sixth inning with a 5-1 lead, but failed to retire any of the three batters he faced. He wasn't helped out by his defense, as a catchable pop fly and a poor throw on the same play failed to record one easy out. He was then pulled after a run-scoring double by Mike Morse.(RotoWire, )
