News: Phelps (elbow) has been activated from the DL and will be available for Friday's doubleheader against the Orioles, Erik Boland of Newsday reports. Impact: Phelps has been out more than a month with an elbow injury, last taking the mound against the Red Sox on August 3. He threw a simulated game over the weekend and tossed a successful bullpen session Wednesday. Phelps is 5-5 on the season with a 4.24 ERA, but he'll likely work out of the bullpen going forward.(RotoWire, )
