News: Coleman and the Royals avoided arbitration by agreeing to a one-year, $725,000 deal Friday, Kansas City Star writer Andy McCullough reports.
Impact: Coleman is near the bottom of Kansas City's deep bullpen, but he has some decent momentum heading into 2015. He posted an ERA of 2.19 in the second half of last year, though that's less impressive when you factor in the 7.48 ERA he had in the first half.
