OXNARD, Calif. — The Rams’ West Coast trip has been a fine opportunity for stars from their Los Angeles past to check out the current team and to ponder the future of their franchise.

St. Louis’ second workout with the Dallas Cowboys on Tuesday was attended by several former stars from the Rams’ days in royal blue and California gold. Running backs Eric Dickerson and Wendell Tyler watched from the sidelines along with Rosey Grier, the 83-year-old member of the Fearsome Foursome.

Former quarterback Jim Everett also attended, and every alumnus was thrilled to see thousands of long-suffering Rams fans in the Ventura County stands.

The Rams are contemplating a return to Los Angeles after two decades away, and the former stars all say they’re supportive no matter the team’s decision.
