Frosty Bay rallied to win the $100,000 New York Stallion Stakes Statue of Liberty Division for 3-year-old fillies bred in New York, beating Image of Noon by two lengths Thursday at Saratoga Race Course.

Ridden by Javier Castellano, the Dominick Schettino-trained filly ran a mile run over the yielding turf course in 1:37.29. She earned $60,000 for owners Peter and Robert Rosenthal and paid $16.20, $7.80 and $4.20.

Image of Noon returned $6.70 and $3.70. Palace Dreams, third of 10, paid $2.40 to show.
