The victory, worth $110,000, increased Weewinnin's career earnings to $125,900, with two wins in three starts.

Bob Baffert won his first training title at the autumn meet since 2001, saddling 17 winners, three more than second-place John Sadler.

Edwin Maldonado edged Rafael Bejarano to win the riding title by a 25-24 margin, his first at a major Southern California track.
