Time after time, Hollywood has shown a racetrack is a great place to tell a compelling story. We look at 10 must-see horse racing movies.

Jockey Frankie Dettori has been ruled out for the rest of the season after breaking his foot in a fall at Nottingham on Wednesday.

He had planned to ride Treve in Sunday's Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe.

The Italian broke his right ankle after being unseated from Eland Ally before a race.

Peter Burrell, Dettori's business manager, says ''it's an extremely painful injury. Sunday is out — as is the season.''

Treve is a 4-1 shot for the Arc at Longchamp with some bookmakers.
