Pak makes cut at men's event in Korea

Yongin, South Korea (Sports Network) - carded a two-over 74 on Friday to survive the 36-hole cut at the Korean Tour's SBS Super Tournament. Pak finished at two-over-par 146 and will play the weekend.

missed the cut at the Colonial earlier this season when she became the first woman in 58 years to compete alongside the men of the PGA Tour.

Suzy Whaley, a club professional from Connecticut, missed the cut at the Greater Hartford Open after qualifying for the event. Michele Wie, the young amateur sensation, teed it up on the Nationwide Tour and Canadian Tour and also failed to reach the weekend both times.

Most recently, Laura Davies tried her luck and missed the cut at the Korean Open.

Pak is a 21-time champion on the LPGA Tour.
