Lazio president Claudio Lotito has visited with a Tottenham supporter still hospitalized with stab wounds following an apparent anti-Semitic attack ahead of last week's Europa League match.

Lotito spent about 20 minutes with Ashley Mills, whose femoral artery was gashed on his right thigh. He and Lazio sporting director Igli Tare gave Mills a Lazio shirt with his name on it.

Upon exiting the San Camillo Hospital, Lotito said that ''Lazio fans are not racist and this incident had nothing to do with football or sport.''

Lotito added that there would be ''a big surprise'' on Lazio's shirts for Tuesday's Serie A match with Udinese.

Lotito also said that anti-Semitic chants from West Ham supporters directed at Tottenham this weekend - which included praise of Lazio - were ''prison chants,'' adding that ''these people are not fans.''
