Bordeaux look to stop Lyon

Bordeaux right-back Mariano is confident Les Girondins can derail Lyon's strong start in Sunday's Ligue 1 match at the Stade de Gerland.
Remi Garde's Lyon are still unbeaten in the league after their opening six fixtures and are currently second in the overall standings behind Marseille.
The 26-year-old Brazilian expects a tough match, but with Bordeaux also unbeaten so far in the league this campaign, the defender remains positive they could cause an upset.
"I'm expecting a tough game," Mariano told www.girondins.com.
"They're one of the biggest teams in Ligue 1 and there's plenty of quality in the side, but we've been playing some good football this season, and I think we can get a result this weekend."
Mariano has been something of a permanent fixture so far this season as he has played in all of Bordeaux's games so far.
He believes this continuity has allowed him to gel with his team-mates and helped solidify their defence.
Mariano explained: "I'm happy that I've been able to play in every match since the start of this season. It gives me a chance to increase my understanding of all the other players.
"I'm learning more about the way the team works every day. For me that's a very positive thing.
"I had to adapt a little when I came to France, and learn to be more rigorous about things like marking. Having said that, I've never had a problem with defending. I'm a defender, it's part of my job. Defence or attack, I'm comfortable doing both."
