Everton booked their place in the last 16 of the FA Cup after a comfortable 4-0 win at Stevenage in their fourth round clash.

Everything went according to plan for Roberto Martinez, with the exception of losing Bryan Oviedo to a serious injury - which looks set to end his season.

The Costa Rican went down after making a challenge himself on Simon Heslop but he looked to have done serious damage to his leg.

That aside, it was a good night's work for The Toffees with Steven Naismith's well finished first-half brace setting them on their way.

Although things could have been different of if Lucas Akins had converted an excellent early chance for the home side.

But Everton never looked back after Naismith's double and Johnny Heitinga, a second-half substitute, scored the third on what could very well be his final appearance for the club - amid claims he is set to join Galatasaray.

The final goal came via another second-half sub as French striker Magaye Gueye converted his first goal of the season to seal a comfortable win.
