''Returning to the Dolphins was my No. 1 goal from the time I got suspended,'' Incognito told WSVN. ''I want to return to the community in Miami and resume my playing career as soon as possible.''
The offensive lineman was suspended in October because of allegations of hazing against teammate Jonathan Martin. Incognito was considered the instigator of the hazing toward Martin, according to the 144-page Wells report that was released on Feb. 14.
His name continued to stay in the headlines in the coming weeks.
On Feb. 26, Incognito admitted to Scottsdale (Ariz.) police that he hit his Ferrari with a baseball bat.
A day later, Incognito voluntarily sought psychiatric care.
''I was stressed,'' Incognito told WSVN. ''I believe in post traumatic stress syndrome, and I believe in private mental health care.''
Incognito is a free agent but has not signed with any team.
''I want a clean slate,'' Incognito said. ''I'm at peace with everything that happened. I'm at peace with the attorneys and myself. Go to my Twitter page. I'm back online, and I'm not mad at anybody.''
