Juan Pierre joins elite club with 600th stolen base

Juan Pierre is the 14th player in MLB history to steal 600 bases.

Thursday night against the Philadelphia Phillies, Miami's Juan Pierre became just the 14th player in Major League Baseball history to steal 600 bases.

He is the ninth-fastest to reach the mark, doing so in 1,907 games.

In addition, he is the eighth player since 1920 with 1,000 runs, 2,000 hits and 600 steals. Others on the list include Hall of Famers Rickey Henderson, Joe Morgan and Lou Brock.
