MIAMI – On Saturday, February 16, FOX Sports Florida will premiere the “Miami Marlins Hot Stove,” show at 2 p.m. ET, before the Florida Panthers vs. Tampa Bay Lightning game. The thirty-minute program highlights the Marlins organization as they enter their 11th Spring Training camp at Roger Dean Stadium.
Marlins television broadcasters Tommy Hutton and Rich Waltz host a roundtable discussion with Marlins General Manager Michael Hill and Marlins Special Assistant to the President Jeff Conine to discuss the team’s off-season moves. FOX Sports Florida Marlins analysts Cliff Floyd and Preston Wilson also join Rich, Tommy and Frank Forte as they welcome new team Manager Mike Redmond. The group also debates the competitive state of the National League East division.
The show will feature Logan Morrison’s “Lomo’s Camp for a Cure,” as well as coverage of the Marlins Ayudan community Basebowl event. In the last segment, Marlins pitcher Steve Cishek joins the crew to share his off-season routines and his preparation for the upcoming 2013 season.
