Florida jumps two spots up to No. 18 in poll

Playing with Tyler Murphy as the starting quarterback for the first time, the Gators went on the road and beat Kentucky 24-7. Murphy passed for 156 yards and a touchdown, but the Gators (3-1) wore out the Wildcats on the ground with 246 yards on 45 carries.
Florida is No. 18 in the AP poll and No. 19 in the coaches' poll.
Miami (4-0) routed South Florida 49-21 as quarterbacks Stephen Morris and Ryan Williams combined for 375 passing yards and three touchdowns.
The Seminoles (4-0) rallied from a 17-3 first-half deficit as Jameis Winston passed for 330 yards and four touchdowns, including a 55-yard Hail Mary at the end of the first half to Kenny Shaw as Florida State won 48-34.
Florida State (4-0) will play host to No. 25 Maryland at noon on Saturday. The Terrapins climbed into the top 25 after a 4-0 start.
Miami will play host to Georgia Tech on Saturday, while Florida will play host to Arkansas.
In the AP poll, Alabama retains the top spot, followed by Oregon, Clemson, Ohio State and Stanford. The coaches poll remains the same, with Alabama at No. 1 and then Oregon, Ohio State, Clemson and Stanford.
