David Price to make second rehab start at Class A

David Price will make another rehab start with Class A Charlotte.
Price, on the disabled list with a strained left triceps since May 16, will pitch at 6:30 p.m. next Wednesday at Charlotte Sports Park against the Bradenton Marauders, a Pittsburgh Pirates affiliate.

The Tampa Bay Rays left-hander made his first rehab start with the Stone Crabs on Friday at Bradenton, throwing 49 pitches (29 strikes) in 2 1/3 innings. He had four strikeouts and allowed two hits, two runs (one earned) and two walks.
Price has been recovering since sustaining the injury in an abbreviated start against the Boston Red Sox on May 15. The reigning American League Cy Young Award winner is 1-4 with a 5.24 ERA in nine starts this season.
