Darrelle Revis shares first-pitch duties at Rays game with triple-amputee veteran

Tampa Bay wasted little time in welcoming Darrelle Revis into the community.
Just more than 24 hours after he was traded from the Jets to the Buccaneers, signing a six-year, $96 million deal, he was invited to throw out the first pitch before the Rays hosted the Yankees on Monday.
But Revis wasn't the only one to throw out the ceremonial "first" pitch before Monday's game. Sgt. Michael Nicholson, who lost his left arm and both of his legs after stepping on a hidden explosive while serving in Afghanistan, was a special guest of the Rays as well.
"I haven't lost my throwing arm so that's good," Nicholson told The Tampa Bay Times prior to the game. "I'm looking to throw a solid pitch down the plate."
