Chris Bosh went from the hot seat of the NBA Finals to the comfortable chair next to Conan O'Brien on Wednesday night.
O'Brien, an avid sports fan, remarked to the
Miami Heat center that "Game 6 was one of the most amazing endings that I've seen to a game."
Bosh, without skipping a beat, quipped, "Me, too."
Miami trailed San Antonio 3-2 in the best-of-seven series but returned home to win Game 6 and Game 7, clinching back-to-back NBA titles for the Heat. And if it looked tense on TV, Bosh admitted that it was.
"It was a lot better to watch it than to play in it," Bosh said. "It was pretty stressful."
Bosh celebrated his second title a little differently. Noting to the audience that few people realize that champagne burns your eyes, Bosh said this year he had his own stash and was prepared to spray teammates and not be doused as much as in 2012.
