After registering with the site, create your entry for FOX Sports Trivia. Name your entry for display throughout the game. Then specify your email preferences.
If you've received a group invitation via email, clicking the link in the email will also start the process to create an entry.
You may have to supply a password for the group depending on its privacy settings. The owner of the group can provide the password.
After you've created an entry, decide whether to join an existing group or create your own.
Groups consist of both official groups and user-created groups. A group can either be public or private. If the
group is private a password can be set for the group. Each group has its own leaderboard, message board, display note and more.
Inviting friends, family and co-workers is easy and can be done through email, Facebook and Twitter.
You can invite friends to join the game, join a group or to take a specific quiz.
Each category-specific quiz consists of questions of varying difficulty level. Total score is based on both accuracy and speed. After you answer a question, you will immediately see your
result and more information about the correct answer. After the final question, you'll see your total score. You may then share your results on Facebook/Twitter or challenge a friend to take the same quiz.
Competing against yourself is fun, but challenging and besting your buds is much more fun. After each quiz, you can click a button to challenge a friend or friends to take the same quiz. Each quiz has its own leaderboard,
so you can compare your results with your friends for ultimate bragging rights.
If you're interested in seeing how you stack up against the competition, visit the Leaderboards area of the game. Leaderboards are broken down into many timeframe slices and can be filtered by category.
For instance, you can see where you rank in the last 30 days for Summer Olympics Trivia. There's nothing better than seeing your name at the top of a leaderboard -- start your quest now!
