My 2013 fantasy football breakout star coming out of the NFC North is Lions' wide receiver Ryan Broyles. Other nominees considered were Bears' tight end Martellus Bennett and Packers' running back Eddie Lacy.

Broyles claims to be 100 percent mentally as he waits for his knee (ACL) and rest of his body to catch up physically.  The good news is he's playing in preseason games.  Although he wasn't targeted, he did play 19 snaps against the Browns.

It may just be me, but I get the vibe Nate Burleson is receiving the Milton treatment.  Remember Milton from the movie Office Space?  Fair or unfair, it's just a matter of time before he's asked to grab a can of bug spray and move into the basement of Ford Field.

With the attention on Megatron and Reggie Bush out of the backfield, Broyles is in prime position to become one of the top possession receivers in the league.
