Congrats to raiderway for winning the Week 2 contest with 192.12 DK points. Cam Newton (34.82), Kelvin Benjamin (32.8), and Stefon Diggs (36.2) were key contributors. Our own John Halpin finished in second place. Here is the link for the Week 3 contest and some suggestions for Week 3.
QB Philip Rivers, Chargers ($6,700)
Vegas believes Chargers-Colts will be a shootout on Sunday, and I agree. The over/under is set at 52 total points. Rivers threw for four TDs last week and will look to replicate that stat in Week 3. The Colts were torched by Matthew Stafford to the tune of three TDs and 340 yards in Week 1.
RB Charles Sims, Bucs ($4,900)
Doug Martin is hurt, so Sims will get some carries along with his catches out of the backfield. To find a starting RB under the $5K price tag is a steal and you need to take advantage of it.

WR Marvin Jones Jr., Lions ($6,200)
Remember when Stefon Diggs had his great gameSunday night? Sure you do, it was only a few days ago. Yeah, those stats will now become Jones' as he gets the Packers on Sunday. Also, Jones caught eight passes for 118 yards last week. He's scored at least 12 DK points in back-to-back games.
TE Dennis Pitta, Ravens ($3,400)
Pitta leads the Ravens in targets (16), receptions (12), and yards (141). Those are all great qualities for a cheap tight end on DraftKings.

D/ST Miami Dolphins ($3,000)
This is probably too obvious, but it's still necessary. Miami gets Cody Kessler of the Browns on Sunday. Ndamukong Suh will have a field day.
