When do lineups and players lock?
Leagues using the "Daily - Today" or "Daily - Tomorrow" Lineup Deadline league setting do not have lineups "lock"; rather, players lock at their team's scheduled start time of the game. Fox example, if Joey Votto of the Reds has a game scheduled for 7:05p ET, he can be moved in the team's lineup up until the scheduled start time of the game. At that point, he is considered locked and cannot be moved for the remainder of the day.

Leagues using the "Weekly" Lineup Deadline have lineups lock at the scheduled start time of the first game of the week. For example, if the Cubs have a 2:05p ET game on Monday and it's the first MLB game of the week, then all lineups for the league lock at that time.
