Report: More details in LSU fight emerge
Victoria Long, 19, said she witnessed the Tigers starting quarterback kick one of the alleged victims — identified as Andrew Lowery — outside Shady's bar at around 1:30 a.m. local time Friday.
Jefferson, 20, was among four LSU players accused of taking part in the fight that resulted in four men being hospitalized with minor injuries.
Meanwhile, Lowery, 21, has been accused of stalking his former girlfriend, 18-year-old Elizabeth Siadous, just hours before the fight broke out, according to The Times-Picayune.
Siadous, who filed a petition for protection against Lowery Wednesday, said he followed her into the bar, cursed her, cornered her several times and even struck one of her friends, according to the report.
Investigators on Thursday were examining bags of evidence, including 49 or 50 pairs of shoes, removed from Jefferson's home, according to The Times-Picayune. Police also were examining blood samples and trying to match a footprint on the shirt of one of the four alleged victims.
No charges or arrests have been made, according to police.
