A North Carolina native, Sutton attended Kansas State, but made the decision to head back home with one season of eligibility remaining. Central might have an opportunity to surprise some teams in the Mid-Eastern Conference this season.

CBK 99 43 Top transfers to watch 30247677 David and Travis Wear, UCLA from North Carolina David+and+Travis+Wear%2C+UCLA+from+North+Carolina CBK

The news came as a bit of shock when the Wear twins opted to transfer. While North Carolina is expected to boost one of the top front courts in the country this season, David and Travis will have their first shot at emerging at UCLA. They can be expected to contribute immediately, and will give Bruins head coach Ben Howland the ability to free up some pressure on sophomore center Joshua Smith this season.

CBK 99 43 Top transfers to watch 30247669 Brandon Wood, Michigan State from Valparaiso Brandon+Wood%2C+Michigan+State+from+Valparaiso CBK

After earning his degree at Valparaiso, Wood transferred to Michigan State, where he will immediately help bolster a backcourt that lost Kalin Lucas to graduation and Chris Allen and Korie Lucious to transfers. Wood averaged 16.7 points per game last season, good enough for third in the Horizon League. He will be eligible immediately, and will look to give head coach Tom Izzo a veteran leader on the perimeter after securing a first-team, all-conference nod last season.

CBK 99 43 Top transfers to watch 30247670 Rakim Sanders, Fairfield from Boston College Rakim+Sanders%2C+Fairfield+from+Boston+College+ CBK

Sanders left Boston College following the dismissal of head coach Al Skinner. After sitting out last season, head coach Ed Cooley made the switch to Providence, and now with his third coach in three years, Sanders appears ready to go for newly-appointed head man Sydney Johnson. Sanders has one season of eligibility remaining after averaging double-figures scoring in each of the three seasons he spent in Chestnut Hill. Sanders will be in a prime position to help a Fairfield squad that should be interesting to watch as the season progresses.

Erving Walker and Kenny Boynton are back for the Gators, and alongside the 6-foot-3 Rutgers transfer, Florida's trio will be among the best in the nation. Rosario averaged more than 16 points per game in each of the two seasons he spent at Rutgers.

The former Top-100 recruit had a troubling past at Minnesota, but the 6-foot-8 forward is now looking forward to a fresh start in Ames. White should have an instant impact for Iowa State and head coach Fred Hoiberg, as the Cyclones appear to be a program on the rise, thanks to a plethora of incoming transfers.

Following two seasons at UTEP, Moultrie decided to transfer to Mississippi State. After head coach Rick Stansbury lost John Riek to transfer this past summer, the focus down low now turns to Renardo Sidney, who has been surrounded by issues both on and off the court at Mississippi State. Moultrie, however, will be right there beside him in 2011-12. During Moultrie's final season at UTEP, the Miners were 15-0 when the 6-foot-11 forward shot 50% or higher from the field.

Brown averaged 12.6 points per game as a junior at Utah.

In his final season at Monmouth, Taylor averaged 17.8 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.
