Texas Tech wide receiver Derrick Willies is an impressive athlete – all 6-foot-4, 205-pounds of him. The newly-enrolled Red Raider is a JUCO transfer out of Trinity Valley Community College, who turned out to be the highest-rated member of Tech’s 2016 recruiting class. Sunday morning, he showed why.

With a 10-pound vest strapped to his chest, Willies effortlessly lands a 60-inch sitting box jump while working out on campus. It was pretty ridiculous, so he posted the video to Twitter.

Texas Tech is scheduled to kick off its season September 3 at home against Stephen F. Austin.
