The Audible: Gary Patterson talks TCU, Baylor’s secret, first pitches

Just four years ago, TCU finished 13-0 and won the Rose Bowl.

The Horned Frogs followed that season by going 11-2 and winning another bowl game in 2011, and it looked like Gary Patterson’s program was on a launching ramp as it prepared to jump from the Mountain West Conference to the Big 12.

TCU is entering its third season in the Big 12 after going 4-8 last season and 7-6 in 2012.

How do the Horned Frogs flip the momentum back around and challenge for a conference title?

Head coach Gary Patterson joined The Audible with Bruce Feldman to discuss how he’s trying to build the program’s brand back up, some breakout players who could be stars in 2014, the secret to Baylor’s recent success in the Big 12 and much more.
