Shaq declares LSU’s Leonard Fournette 2015 Heisman Trophy winner

LSU alum Shaquille O'Neal (left) fully endorses Tigers RB Fournette as this year's Heisman Trophy winner.

You know you’ve made it when Shaq shoots you a shout-out on Twitter.

Watching Leonard Fournette completely dominate Syracuse on Saturday, NBA star (and LSU alumnus) Shaquille O’Neal endorsed the Tigers running back as this year’s Heisman winner.

The declaration apparently sounded so nice, Shaq said it twice:

Through two-and-a-half quarters, Fournette had already racked up 213 yards and two touchdowns on just 19 carries. His stats would have been even more impressive if not for an illegal procedure penalty on one of his teammates that knocked off a 90-plus touchdown run off the board. He finished with a career-high 244 yards, just 6 shy of the school’s single-game record, in the Tigers’ 34-24 win.

Safe to say, nobody is even close to him this year, and he’s been red hot since last season.
