Oregon wide receiver Byron Marshall has been named to the 2015 Biletnikoff Award watch list. The Biletnikoff Award is presented annually to the nation's top wide receiver.
Marshall, a senior, was a running back up until the middle of the 2014 season. In fact, Marshall ran for 1,038 yards and 14 touchdowns in 2013. However, with Royce Freeman and Thomas Tyner locking down the running back duties, Marshall turned into one of the best slot receivers in the entire country.
During the 2014 season, Marshall caught 74 passes for 1,003 yards and six touchdowns, including eight catches for 169 yards and a touchdown in the national title game versus Ohio
