The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame will reportedly stage the new event that will pit Wildcats coach John Calipari against Bulls coach Orlando Antigua, a former UK assistant, on Nov. 27.

The Buckeyes and Tigers faced each other during the 2007 NCAA Tournament, when coach Thad Matta's top-seeded Ohio State squad defeated No. 2 seed Memphis (coached by Calipari at the time) to reach the Final Four.

This doubleheader will be scheduled as two separate events to allow the two American Athletic Conference teams to participate, the report notes.

The Hall of Fame also sponsors a Tip-Off tournament that will feature Notre Dame, Florida State, Providence and UMass this season. The Tip-Off tournament will be held Nov. 21-23 in Uncasville, Connecticut.
