Charleston beats Toledo 64-51

Andrew Goudelock scored 17 points to lead Charleston over Toledo

64-51 on Sunday in the 2K Sports Classic benefiting Coaches vs.

Cancer.

The Cougars (4-2) led 36-22 at halftime thanks to 15-for-30

shooting from the floor (50 percent) in the opening half.

The Rockets (0-5) struggled in the first half, shooting 8 for 23

(34.8 percent) and allowing 14 points off of turnovers. Malcolm

Griffin led Toledo with 12 points off the bench, while Delino Dear

added 10.

Charleston led by as many as 26, 62-36, with 6:19 remaining in

the game.

Goudelock was named to the All-tournament team after averaging

22 points and shooting 26 of 62 from the floor (41.9 percent) in

three games.

Toledo forward Hayden Humes was named to the All-tournament team

as well after averaging nine points on 9-of-15 shooting (60

percent) and 9.7 rebounds during the tournament.
