Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Spike Lee apparently made peace in Miami after the boxing superstar slighted Knicks sensation Jeremy Lin.

Madison Square Garden loyalist Lee was seen chatting to Mayweather courtside at AmericanAirlines Arena before Thursday night's Heat-Knicks game.

The two had clashed on Twitter after Mayweather tweeted, "Jeremy Lin is a good player, but all the hype is because he's Asian ... Black players do what he does every night and don't get the same praise."

Lee led wide condemnation of the boxer's statement by hitting back in defense of the breakthrough point guard.

"Floyd Mayweather I Hope You Watched Jeremy Hit The Gamewinning 3 Pointer With .005 Seconds Left. Our Guy Can BALL PLAIN AND SIMPLE.RECOGNIZE," he tweeted.

The "Do The Right Thing" director said he and the WBC welterweight champion settled their scores.

"Floyd Mayweather And I Had A Great Conversation Courtside," Lee tweeted, while linking to a photo of the pair at the game. He added, "We're MAD COOL.ALL LOVE.2 Brotha's.YA-DIG."

The conversation probably was the highlight of the night for Lee, who saw Lin and his beloved Knicks crushed 102-88 by the rampaging Heat.
