Skelton available for Cards; Heap, Toler out

GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Quarterback John Skelton is available for the Cardinals’ game against the Bills on Sunday, but tight end Todd Heap and cornerback Greg Toler are not.

Skelton has been out since spraining his right ankle against Seattle in Arizona’s opener, and Kevin Kolb has led the Cardinals to a 4-1 record in his absence. Kolb is listed as the starter this week.

Running back LaRod Stephens-Howling also will return after missing two weeks with a hip injury. Heap will miss his third straight game with a knee injury, and Toler is out with a hamstring injury.

Bills defensive tackle Kyle Williams is active for Sunday’s game despite missing two days of practice with an ankle injury, but defensive end Mark Anderson is still out with a knee injury.
