First-round draft pick Archie Goodwin scored 22 points and made all three of his 3-point attempts to lead the Phoenix Suns to a 100-88 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday in the Las Vegas Summer League.

With the victory, the Suns clinched the third seed in the round-robin portion of league play. They'll get Wednesday off and take on the Atlanta-Portland winner on Thursday in the championship bracket.

Goodwin, an 18-year-old guard from Kentucky and the 29th pick in the first round, scored 13 points in the first quarter to ignite the Suns. He finished 6 of 11 from the field.

“I’m getting really comfortable,” Goodwin told the team's official website. “I know that I’m here to be aggressive and make plays.”
